Welcome to vip11. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vip11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vip11 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting products, promotional offers, and all related services available at vip11.bio and any of its subdomains or associated applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the vip11 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the vip11 platform.

vip11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and publish the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the vip11 platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. General Terms

These Terms apply to the entirety of the vip11 platform, including but not limited to: all casino games (slots, live casino, crash games, bingo), all sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, e-sports, and others), all payment and wallet functions, all bonuses and promotional offers, and all customer support interactions.

vip11 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform. We offer games and betting markets for entertainment purposes to eligible adults aged 18 years and above. vip11 does not provide financial advice, investment services, or any form of guaranteed return on any wager placed on the platform.

These Terms should be read together with the vip11 Privacy Policy and the vip11 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and vip11. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms will take precedence in relation to that specific offer only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on vip11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vip11 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of vip11 or any of its associated game or technology partners.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the vip11 platform under any account.

vip11 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — from any user at any stage of their account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access vip11's full range of services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active vip11 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at vip11's discretion, and any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip11 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. vip11 will never ask you for your password via email, Live Chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vip11 customer support immediately via Live Chat.

vip11 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to all registered members. We strongly recommend enabling this feature to add an additional layer of security to your account. vip11 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and financial integrity, vip11 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in date.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vip11 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on vip11 is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited instantly to your vip11 wallet in normal circumstances.
• Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited depending on the card issuer's processing time.
• vip11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which vip11 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount on vip11 is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes in most cases during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's technical availability.
• vip11 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus offer. Winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

vip11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket season promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All bonus offers are subject to the terms stated on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus policy outlined in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible player and cannot be claimed by existing members or by players registering a second account.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available for wagering once any applicable real-money balance conditions have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• vip11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to decline or reverse a bonus payment to any account where fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets specified in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, live casino games and certain jackpot slots may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus will replace any existing uncompleted bonus.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of vip11, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in any communication with vip11 staff.
• Opening or operating more than one vip11 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players, including sharing information about live betting markets or coordinating outcomes across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical faults in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Using vip11 to launder funds, process payments unrelated to legitimate gambling activity, or circumvent financial reporting obligations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vip11 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or to any non-public area of the vip11 platform.

vip11 employs a range of technical and human monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, we will act swiftly and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of the gaming environment for all legitimate players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, logos, game assets, software code, video streams, audio, and data compilations — is the property of vip11 or its respective third-party licensors, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vip11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the vip11 platform without the prior written consent of vip11.

The vip11 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of vip11. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, in advertisements, or in any other public forum — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip11 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the vip11 platform.

vip11 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to certain features. Where a technical interruption results in the loss of an in-progress game round, vip11 will use reasonable endeavours to restore the game state to its last recorded position, but cannot guarantee the full recovery of interrupted sessions in all circumstances.

vip11 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from failure to satisfy bonus wagering requirements, submission of inaccurate KYC documentation, or failure to maintain the security of account credentials.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

vip11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point during their account's existence.
• The player has registered from or is accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• The player is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with their vip11 account.
• The player has made a chargeback or payment reversal request in relation to any deposit, which vip11 considers to be unjustified.
• vip11 is required to close the account in compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement directive.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated responsible gaming request (cooling-off period or self-exclusion), the account closure will take effect within one hour of the request being confirmed. A player who has self-excluded cannot re-register until any mandatory exclusion period has elapsed, and vip11 reserves the right to reject re-registration requests at its discretion.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a Terms breach or self-exclusion, any verified real-money balance held in the player's wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. vip11 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair play and transparent operations. All player interactions, financial transactions, and dispute processes are governed by the principles of good faith, fairness, and industry best practice.

In the event of a dispute between you and vip11, we request that you first contact our customer support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected], providing as much detail as possible about the nature of the dispute. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work towards a resolution within 5 business days. We are committed to handling all disputes professionally and impartially.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the vip11 support team, vip11 may, at its discretion, propose referral to an independent dispute resolution service. vip11 will cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
